Banks can
issue for non-residents and offshore companies,
international VISA , MasterCard, American
Express, debit cards. For non residents, there
is condition for a guaranty deposit of 10000 US$
for ordinary card or 20000 US$ for a "Gold"
card, which is blocked in clients bank account.
After cards expiry it is return to the account
holder with interest.
Abovementioned conditions for the guaranty
deposit are the most standard, but some banks
may have there own conditions.
Application
for the issue of card(s) is send to the client
for signing (signature must be certified by
notary) and it is send to the bank for
confirmation. Cards are issued within 3 weeks
time and send to the client with the codes.
Cards
issued for companies are without name.
For some
clients , some times is more suitable to use
cards without a name written on the card.
