15.Letters of Credit and Bank guaranties

The company has the right to accept, indorse, transfer and exchange letters of credit or give bank guaranty to third party if the company has the funds to do so. PPB INC LTD assists the clients during bank negotiations for the issue or indorsement of letters of credit or bank guaranties.
