Annual general  meeting

Most of the legislative authorities are demanding from the company to have at least an annual shareholders meeting, in which according to the legislation several decisions are taken and officially formatted.

Accounting and financial reports

By the end of each financial year a company has to deliver its financial statements always in accordance with the accounts kept during the year. the financial report is actually the Balance sheet and Profit and Loss account of the company for the previous financial year.
