20. Auditing and Financial reportd.

As per terms and conditions of several jurisdictions, financial and tax reports, formatted by local accountants , must be audited by local licensed auditors. The auditors are confirming the accounts in accordance with the information given to them by the company's accountants. After receiving the audit report all documents are send to the Central Bank an inland Revenue. In Cyprus the fist financial and audit reports must be presented within the 6th an the 18th month from the registration date and after that in the end of every financial year.
