21.Administration of dormant company.

Even  if the company does not plan to have active commercial activities a minimum administrative work and financial statements are obligatory by the law. PPB INC LTD can provide this services upon prepayment, based on agreement with the client and discount  rates for these works. These services are agreed additionally before the beginning of every new financial year.

Annual  Return 

Annual  Return is the report of the company before the authorities of the jurisdiction where the company is registered. This report concludes information about the juridical structure of the company (directors, shareholders etc) and any possible changes in the structure during the previous year.
