3.Does the company has to maintain offices in that jurisdiction in which it was registered?  

The company is not obliged to maintain offices in the jurisdiction in which it was registered. It is enough to have only a legal address which PPB INC LTD offers to the clients. To some clients after  request, PPB INC LTD is also given administrative office address in London and opening of bank accounts in Greece or London. In this case, in contracts it seems that the company address is English and there is no indication that the company is registered in offshore zone. But to clear this out, this is not a legal address but just mail and administrative address (you can actually manage your company if your company administrator is located in this  address). For that reason no certificates can be issued showing that address as legal address.
