34.Is it possible to transfer a company registered by another agent for management by PPB INC LTD?

We receive instruction from business men to transfer their companies , registered by another agent of advocate, for management and service by our company.

In order to transfer the company to PPB INC LTD, it is necessary to write a letter addressed to your registered agent/advocate (in case of such order we will provide the draft of such letter). All registration documents ( certificates, memorandum, trust documents, share certificates) must be send to us with a courier service (DHL, FedEx). the company can be transfer only after you close outstanding debts to the previous agents/advocates.

You must also give to us clear and strict instructions what you wish us to do. For Example:

" we would like , without any changes in memorandum, to include as shareholders ............. The share capital will be as follows:......................... - ..........% etc."

After such instructions we will issue the drafts on behalf of the present shareholders and send them by fax to you so you could print and sign them and send them with the registration documents package. After the delivery of documents we can proceed with the changes.

Usually the time for such operation is a month, but it always depends from the previous agents, if they will fast pass all the necessary documentation.
