Extraction from company register
A company can be extracted from the Company
register, only after written application of
company's directors. In this case all necessary
documents must be signed by the clients. the
activity of the company can b reestablished any
time within the next 20 years after the
date of closing by application of creditor of
inland revenue, and claims can be proceeded
against the directors / shareholders of the
company. For this reason it is necessary for the
client to indicate the name of the next director
for the period of liquidation of the company,
who with the shareholders will take the
responsibility to prepare the requested
documentation for the closing of the company.
