36. Voluntary liquidation of the company

The main steps for voluntary liquidation:

·      Formation of annual financial report and audit

·  Notification to the registrar about the liquidation of the company

·     Statement in local press about the liquidation of the company

·          Appointment of liquidator. In an international newspaper must be published an article for the liquidation in order to give to creditors the possibility to place their claims

·           publication in government newspaper about the last general meeting 

·        Three months after the last general meeting and after request , registrar may issue a liquidation certificate.
