4.Which documents must be present by the shareholders?

Shareholders passport copies (we would like to know with whom we will work),

* Bank reference letter from your local bank, for the owners of the new company, in order to receive the permition from the Central Bank of Cyprus ( if the new company will be registered in Cyprus or you plan te register branch of your company in Cyprus).

* registration form fully filled

* fully filled and signed price list

* signed document for the opening of the bank account and if ordered issue of credit/debit cards

* instructions for the issuance of Power of attorney if neseccary

* in case an application for tax free incomes or tax returns is ordered from Russian sources, a special form must be signed additionally

* If it is planned the opening of branch, representative office or company with foreign investments, a special form for the formation of directors protocol must be filled and signed.

* Letter from you addressed to PPB INC LTD, in which you must define the authorized persons from which we are allowed to receive instructions, the volume of our work for the services to your company, and releasing us from any obligation for executing your instructions.

All abovementioned documents must be clearly filled and send via fax to PPB INC LTD. After this we will send an official letter in which we will fully describe the services and their volume we are ready to provide you.
