8.How documents are delivered?  

If you are buying an already incorporated company (already registered ), the standard documents kid is delivered with the payment. All these documents don't mention any information about the beneficial owners of the company. The documents which refer to the names of the shareholders are delivered through a courier company (DHL etc) to the address the client decided or are delivered personally to the client by PPB INC LTD employee in his next visit in Cyprus. Bank management codes are delivered separately and only personally to the client.

If the clients orders a company registration with a name of his choice, the first step is to check the name and only after official acceptance of the the registrar , PPB INC LTD is registering the company.
